Duncan Forsyth is an experienced trial lawyer and counselor to numerous public and private sector clients. Over the years, he has helped clients navigate complex regulatory requirements and avert problems before they occur or spin out of control. Utilizing the experience garnered from years of dealing with state and federal regulatory agencies, he provides practical solutions to clients who often find themselves in unchartered territory.
