Ethics and Conflicts of Interest: How Does One Decide the Right Thing To Do?

Duncan Forsyth, a partner in Halloran & Sage’s Municipal Law & Governmental Liability Practice Group, will be speaking at the municipal workshop “Ethics and Conflicts of Interest: How Does One Decide the Right Thing To Do?” for the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM).

This program presents an overview of ethics and conflicts of interest in municipal government. It will cover the role of ethics in local government as well as tools for promoting ethical behavior, model codes of ethics and discussions of disclosure, conflicts of interest, recusal, and common ethical problems and dilemmas. There will also be a Question and Answer session.
