Halloran & Sage Attorney Duncan Forsyth recently facilitated a workshop on Effective Meetings and Parliamentary Procedure. The program took place in Groton, CT. The programs are sponsored by the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities.
The sessions will cover the practicalities of effective meeting management, Roberts Roberts Rules of Order, moderating debate and the steps required to introduce and vote on a motion.. The workshops are aimed at a wide range of numicipal officers, from chief executives to the members and staff of boards and commissions to town clerks and department heads.
