Kenneth Slater, Richard Roberts, and Duncan Forsyth held an orientation session for Farmington’s new Town Council prior to their taking office last week at Farmington’s Town Hall. They discussed an overview of important items such as: Town Charter, Town Code, Town Ethics Code, Roberts Rules, and FOIA requirements. Our municipal group is asked to do this presentation after each municipal election in order to help Council members understand their roles and responsibilities and to allow the new members to meet and interact with some of our municipal team.
