New Attorneys Strengthen and Expand the Firm’s Municipal and Land Use Practice Groups

Halloran & Sage is pleased to announce that land use and municipal law attorneys Mark Branse, Matthew Willis and Ronald Ochsner, formerly of Branse & Willis LLC, have joined the firm. As Connecticut land use and municipal attorneys they have been responsible for comprehensive revisions in many zoning, subdivision, and inland wetlands regulations, as well as pioneering work with the new Incentive Housing Program regulations. Their addition will expand and strengthen Halloran & Sage’s Land Use and Municipal Practice Groups, which will now be serving 50 Connecticut municipalities as general or special counsel.

They will be joining partners Kenneth J. Slater, Jr., Richard Roberts, Duncan Forsyth and Michael C. Collins in the Hartford office of the firm.

In connection with this new addition to the firm, Halloran & Sage’s Managing Partner, William McGrath, Jr. stated, “We are very excited to welcome Mark Branse, Matthew Willis and Ronald Ochsner to Halloran & Sage. Our clients are now offered an even wider range of services, knowledge and experience”.
