Yet leaders and workers, particularly in the legal profession, often do not know what it means or entails. “LOCA” – Lawyers of Color Ally: a service to support lawyers and employees of color which may include weekly/monthly coaching sessions for employees of color and their supervisors
Difficult Conversations–How to Begin Them, How to End Them: under the exclusive direction of Angela Robinson and her colleagues at Quinnipiac University School of Law, coaching and consulting will be provided as needed to safely, effectively, and legally address tricky DEI conversations
WAIT – “why am I talking” – DEI communication for managers and supervisors in legal organizations
Fees charged on an hourly basis unless otherwise negotiated: $600 per hour
