This offering is designed only for those who have already completed the Diversity 101 training. Diversity, equity, and inclusion work will only be effective with ongoing and regular training and continuing education. Building on the concepts covered in the Diversity 101 session, this training will explore in greater detail how issues of equity, inclusion, and accessibility impact DEI efforts and goals.
This program will briefly review the basics of diversity. Through a combination of lectures and interactive engagement tools, participants will draft detailed proposals for achieving “equity” in their organization.
As noted above, this training does require the completion of the Diversity 101 training.

At the conclusion of the training, all participants will have had an opportunity to gather knowledge about diversity efforts in the 21st century.
