Appellate Court Affirms Binding Mediation Award

In Tirreno v. The Hartford, 161 Conn.App. 678 (2015), the Connecticut Appellate Court affirmed the trial court’s enforcement of binding mediation, finding it was a valid and enforceable means of resolving the dispute.
