Joe Fortner, co-chair of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, was a panelist at the March 2017 International Client Seminar of ALFA International regarding trade secrets, data protection and employment agreements. Among other topics, he discussed the Defend Trade Secrets Act and cases using that statute, protection of trade secrets in an interconnected world, and practices to protect company trade secrets. Joe is Vice-Chair of the Business Litigation Committee of ALFA International, and the Chair of its 2017 Business Litigation Seminar.
