His commercial litigation practice consists of the representation of the state’s largest lending institutions, including banks and mortgage companies in foreclosure matters and bankruptcy cases. He also handles debt collection matters of all types. In this area, Chris has a practice group consisting of multiple paralegals and attorneys who nimbly litigate hundreds of foreclosure cases per year to conclusion for the many local and national lending institutions he represents.
During his thirty years of practice in the State of Connecticut, Chris has regularly handled criminal matters, including trials and appeals in the state, federal, and juvenile court systems. His experience encompasses a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor matters, including:
Chris has also handled hundreds of operating under the influence (DUI) cases in courts across the state, and DUI and suspension hearings before the Department of Motor Vehicles.
