Halloran & Sage partner Christopher McCarthy will be panelist at, Mediation in Practice, an event sponsored by the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) Loss Mitigation Committee. The event will be held Thursday, November 13th at McCue Mortgage in New Britain from 8:30 am until 11 am. Chris will be presenting alongside Nancy McGann, a Program Manager in Judicial Mediation. The seminar will outline the judicial mediation process from both the mediator and legal perspectives and include discussion on a new foreclosure statute that may directly impact mediation.
