Halloran & Sage is pleased to announce that Christopher McCarthy has been appointed to The Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association (“CMBA”) Board of Directors. A longtime member of the CMBA, Chris is a commercial litigator with the H&S Banking, Foreclosure and Collection practice and brings his knowledge and experience to the board. He represents the state’s largest lending institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy and collection matters. Chris will be installed as a new board member at an awards dinner in October. The CMBA is a non-profit association that supports the mortgage lending industry, ethical business practices and serves as an informational and educational forum for Connecticut communities through its homeownership efforts.
