Halloran Sage represented an industrial materials management company and supplier based in Columbus, Ohio, in negotiating the purchase of a 142,000 square foot commercial facility in Newtown, CT. The facility was purchased from an electrical components factory to be used as the company’s fifth distribution center. The work included negotiating a real estate purchase and sale agreement and addressing various title and environmental issues. Attorneys Richard Roberts and Kenneth Slater handled the matter, which was valued at over $4 million and closed in March, 2021.
