Richard Roberts and Kenneth Slater Jr., Partners at Halloran & Sage will be faculty members at the Lorman Education Services Subdivision Law in Connecticut Seminar. The one-day course will take place on March 26, 2008, at the Farmington Marriott, in Farmington, Connecticut. Richard and Kennth will facilitate the Public Improvement and Open Space Preservation and Restrictions portion of the seminar.
Seminar attendees will learn about the responsibilities and authority of local agencies under Connecticut law, discover how the subdivision process interacts with other land use and permitting processes, understand how to comply with statutory requirements and gain practical tips from relevant case law dealing with subdivisions.
This seminar is designed for attorneys, engineers, presidents, vice presidents, planners, developers, project managers, architects, surveyors, zoning board members, real estate professionals and land use officials. Continuing education credits can be earned.
