Joseph “Jay” Arcata and Henry Beck members of the Firm’s Cybersecurity Practice Group recently participated in the Connecticut Bar Association’s Business Law Section presentation, “Understanding Cybersecurity Risk Management and Due Diligence.” The program focused on the financial hardship imposed on a business affected by a data breach or other cyber attack, the steps necessary to mitigate the risk of an attack, due diligence practices and cyber insurance.
Henry Beck was the program’s moderator. Jay Arcata, along with prominent leaders from the financial services, insurance and computer industries, were the panelists.
