Henry Beck, Jr. recently provided background information and was quoted in a Hartford Business Journal article discussing the interest of Asian companies in Connecticut’s energy industry. The front page news story discussed the recent acquisition of a South Windsor, CT fuel cell manufacturer by a South Korean firm and a Chinese firm’s acquisition of an Enfield, CT based solar panel manufacturer. Henry is the Co-Chair of the International Law Practice Group of ALFA International, the law firm association with members in all 50 states and more than 60 countries, of which Halloran & Sage is a charter member.
