Halloran Sage is pleased to welcome attorneys Joan Tsang and Joshua Woods.
Joan Tsang joins our Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Practice Groups. She represents employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators on issues related to liability, subrogation, and discrimination claims. She also handles general liability matters including negligence, premises liability, and personal injury litigation. She earned her JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her BA, magna cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
Joshua Woods joins the Firm’s Corporate Business & Transactions and Real Estate Practice Groups. He handles financial transactions and corporate matters, and routinely works with banks and institutional lenders on the lending side of secured transactions and real estate loans. He also provides legal counsel to private companies in financings, day-to-day affairs, and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his JD from Western University School of Law and his BBA from Hofstra University.
