Joshua Woods is committed to fostering trust and respect among all parties in a transaction. With these principles in mind, he handles financial transactions and corporate matters from inception to completion. He guides his clients through the process of negotiation, documentation, due diligence review, and closing. Josh routinely works with banks and institutional lenders on the lending side of secured transactions and real estate loans. He also provides legal counsel to private companies in financings, day-to-day affairs, and mergers and acquisitions.

Josh has previous experience handling a wide variety of business matters, including all aspects of corporate formation, franchising, joint ventures, asset sales, and leasing. Prior to joining Halloran Sage, he worked in law firms based out of Springfield and Boston, Massachusetts.
