Halloran Sage is pleased to welcome attorneys Michael Satti and Shannon Johnson to the firm. Michael Satti joins the firm’s New London office as a Partner and an experienced labor & employment attorney, specializing in trade secrets and non-compete litigation. He also practices commercial litigation and municipal law with a focus on tax appeals, planning and zoning appeals, and collective bargaining negotiations. Mike earned his JD from Suffolk University School of Law and his AB from Columbia University.

Shannon Johnson joins the firm’s New Haven office as an Associate and a civil litigator, with a practice focused in the areas of medical malpractice and insurance defense. She handles general, auto, and premise liability matters as well as professional liability claims. She earned her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and her BA from California State University, Chico.
