Shannon Johnson is a civil and commercial litigator, committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She handles complex matters for clients across a broad range of industries. Focusing her practice in the areas of labor & employment, product liability & toxic tort, and intellectual property, Shannon has worked with businesses and individuals on a wide variety of matters including employment disputes, discrimination claims, intellectual property, trade secrets, and breach of contract. She also has experience in insurance defense, handling matters including general, auto, and premise liability as well as professional liability and medical malpractice claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Shannon worked for two years as a Deputy District Attorney, prosecuting misdemeanors and felony property crimes in Oregon. She has previously practiced as a criminal defense attorney and served as Judicial extern for Judge Marco A. Hernandez of the Oregon Federal Court, and as a Judicial Clerk in a County Circuit Court.

Shannon is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group within ALFA International. Her experience handling matters related to medical malpractice and insurance defense garnered her recognition by Super Lawyers® in their 2024 and 2025 publications as a Rising Star honoree in the area of Civil Litigation: Defense.
