The Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), in partnership with the Connecticut Council of Small Towns (COST) and Connecticut Association of Councils of Governments (CTCOG), assembled Guidance Document #9 pertaining to the Governor’s Executive Orders dealing with the Extension of COVID-19 Executive Orders Pertaining to Municipal Meetings. Municipal attorney Richard Roberts contributed support throughout the process by identifying a broad array of issues facing municipalities during these unprecedented pandemic times.
