Attorneys Slater and Roberts Present on Proposed Topics for Legislative Special Session

Attorneys Kenneth Slater and Richard Roberts presented today at an interactive webinar hosted by the Connecticut Council of Small Towns (COST). Ken and Rich reviewed the changes to zoning and land use laws that some lawmakers and housing advocates are calling for to promote greater housing diversity and affordability. The proposals may be under consideration by lawmakers at the legislative Special Session later this month.

Key lawmakers from the legislature’s Planning & Zoning Development Committee and Housing Committee joined the webinar as panelists to provide feedback and address attendees’ questions and comments.

A recording of the webinar is available to view here.
