Alyssa Lynch is thorough and adaptable in satisfying her clients’ needs. In the defense of employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in workers’ compensation claims, she can be creative in utilizing less traditional methods when it means efficiently reaching the resolution that’s best for her client.

Dedicated to addressing complex legal and medical workers’ compensation issues, Alyssa regularly advises clients with respect to both specific cases and general questions. She is also well-versed in legal matters related to Social Security disability. Her dedication to comprehensive preparation and exhaustive research prior to routine appearances before Workers’ Compensation Commissioners consistently results in success on behalf of her clients.

Actively involved in ALFA International, Alyssa is a member of their Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. She is a member of the Milford Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association where she served as Past Chair on the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Young Lawyer’s Section. Alyssa is the current President of the Morningside Association where she leads a residential community of over 200 homes, overseeing governance and community initiatives. She previously served as Vice President from 2021 – 2024.

Alyssa speaks frequently on Workers’ Compensation issues. Recent presentations include: Navigating the Workers’ Compensation System: The Respondent’s Perspective, Workers’ Compensation 101 and a Workers’ Compensation Legal Course.
