Many changes have taken place in the land use world in response to COVID-19. Attorneys Richard Roberts and Kenneth Slater will present a webinar on Thursday, May 28^th with the Connecticut Association of Zoning Enforcement Officials (CAZEO) to address these changes. The discussion will focus on zoning enforcement during COVID-19, and topics will include:

• the Executive Orders as they relate to Land Use and Zoning Enforcement or General Enforcement;
• potential short and long-term regulatory issues;
• how to approach a potential violation;
• issues that have come up in towns across CT and how to avoid making the same mistakes; and
• a short question and answer period.

The meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Anyone may register and attend the webinar. The CZEO’s who register and attend the full webinar will be given 2 Continuing Ed credits.
