Thomas Boyce Successfully Defends Vascular Surgeon Against Medical Malpractice Claim

Thomas Boyce Jr. recently successfully defended a vascular surgeon against a medical malpractice claim. The plaintiff alleged that the defendant surgeon negligently managed a vascular injury sustained during an orthopedic procedure. After a three week trial in Waterbury and two days of deliberations, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant.
