Verdict 12x Larger than Defendant’s Offer

Jennifer Pedevillano obtained a $72,675 automobile accident verdict for a client, who sustained a partial permanent injury to his spine. After a 2-day trial and 45 minutes of deliberation, the jury awarded the client $72,675, which was more than twelve times the initial offer of $6,000 from the defendant’s insurance company.
