Thomas Boyce Jr., an attorney in the Professional Liability practice group successfully defended a Connecticut orthopedic surgeon in a medical malpractice case. The plaintiff alleged that the surgeon was negligent because he failed to timely diagnose that a biceps tendon surgical repair had failed.

After trial at the Middletown Superior Court, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant after an hour of deliberation.
