Joan Tsang argued against a motion to strike which resulted in a positive outcome for our client, the defendant. The plaintiff, a commercial tenant of our client, slipped and fell on the property and alleged it was the fault of the defendant. Tsang countered the claim and sued the plaintiff for negligence for not keeping their area clear. The judge agreed with her argument and denied the plaintiff’s motion to strike our client’s counterclaim.
