Halloran & Sage represented a Connecticut manufacturing and design company in a multifaceted transaction that allowed for the installation of solar panels on the roof of the client’s facility. Partner Bob Cox and associate Casey O’Connell helped the company to successfully negotiate and document the financing and installation of the solar panels using a lease-financing mechanism that maximized the tax benefits to the client. H&S successfully worked with the client, the leasing company and the vendor to ensure synthesis among all aspects of the transaction to ensure that the client’s interests were fully protected.
