Vincent Liberti, Jr. presented at the Connecticut Bar Association’s 2023 Connecticut Legal Conference on Firearms, Probate, and Estate Planning. Hosted at the Connecticut Convention Center, the seminar focused on Connecticut’s complicated laws with firearm ownership and transfer with estate planning and probate matters, along with the proper forms to do so.  In addition, the day after the presentation, the Governor signed a new and extensive bill on firearms, their storage, transfers, liabilities/culpabilities for violations, etc.  It also created a new class of prohibited firearms to purchase and sell.
