Halloran & Sage attorney Richard Tynan will be presenting at the CMIC Loss Prevention Workshop, Anticoagulation Case Review & Legal Implications. This seminar will take place on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Trumbull Marriott Merritt Parkway. Subjects covered will focus on strategies to improve patient care, optimize patient outcomes and minimize exposure to litigation. Attendees will also understand malpractice risks that may arise from inconsistent or incomplete medical record documentation. Two case studies will be reviewed at the presentation.
