He has been acknowledged for this honor since 2013 in the practice areas of Product and Professional Liability. Benchmark Litigation conducts a six month research process on litigators, firms and cases through a comprehensive process utilizing surveys and interviews with clients and professionals in the legal field on a national and local level.
