Halloran & Sage Attorney Ann Catino was recently interviewed by WTIC-AM’s radio talk show host Colin McEnroe during his “Afternoon Drive” program.
Highlights of the interview included Ann outlining the benefits of Brownfields’ legislation. Ann, a co-chair of the Brownfield Legislative Taskforce, discussed the effects of Brownfields legislation in CT, “If you could turn these properties around and turn them into jobs, [then] turn them back into community development so you enhance the tax base…it’s win-win for everyone and for the environment, because these contaminated properties get cleaned up.”
