Hartford-based attorney, Mark Branse, will be presenting two sessions at the Connecticut Association of Conservation and Inland Wetlands Commission (CACIWC)’s 40th Annual Meeting and Environmental Conference. Mark’s two sessions this year are the “2017 Wetlands and Law Regulations Update” and “Subdivision Review by Land Use Agencies.”
Mark is a regular speaker at the CACIWC annual conference, and has presented the “Wetlands and Law Regulations Update” session alongside Attorney Janet Brooks and Assistant Attorney General David Wrinn for over a decade. Each year, they provide legal updates and answer questions for a large turnout of conservation and inland wetlands commission members, town staff, engineers, surveyors and other technical experts, promoting effectiveness in local wetlands’ and watercourses’ protection efforts.
The event will take place at the Radisson Hotel Cromwell on Saturday, November 18th, 2017. Registration is available online or by mail-in form, and will be accepted through Tuesday, November 14th.
