Attorney Mark Branse was recently quoted in an article from Connecticut Inside Investigator and Haddam Killingworth News regarding a land use matter.
Branse performed a legal analysis on a new home construction site in Killingworth that several residents reported to be a commercial operation. The analysis stated the allegations to be false. Branse noted the site was not in violation of the permit or town ordinances and there was no appeal of the zoning permit within the allotted time frame concluding the “permit is final and cannot be revoked or modified”.
