Local media outlets, including FOXCT, the Hartford Courant, the Hartford Business Journal and the Connecticut Law Tribune provided coverage celebrating the survival of the Hartford Horse Patrol. Halloran & Sage and several other local business contributed private donations that allowed the four horse, four officer force funding to continue to operate through the end of the fiscal year.
