Kenneth Slater Jr., a partner in Halloran & Sage’s Environmental and Land Use Practice Group, was a faculty member in an Advanced Land Use Law course recently offered by the Connecticut Bar Association. The program covered topics relevant to the local land use permitting process.
Kenneth’s portion of the presentation addressed the use of conservation easements in municipal land use review and planning. Attorneys who appear before or advise municipal land use commissions, as well as those representing local commissions attended the session.
