Halloran Sage Managing Partner Ken Slater was recently named a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation (CBF). Fellows are elected by the CBF Board of Directors based on their outstanding service to the profession in which they have demonstrated extraordinary legal ability and devotion to the welfare of their community and the advancement of the legal profession.
The program, now in its 29th year, supports the CBF’s mission to advance justice for all, promote better understanding of the law, and explore ways to improve the legal profession and the administration of justice. Programs developed by the Fellows include several speaker series, symposia, roundtable discussions, mentorships, a high school essay contest, and a Fellowship for recent law school graduates.
