Joe Fortner was a panelist for a webinar hosted by ALFA International: The Supreme Court Term in Review for Businesses: A Discussion of This Past Year’s Decisions and Their Practical Impacts.
The webinar, presented by ALFA International’s Business Litigation Practice Group, was part of the organization’s complimentary Summer Webinar Series. During the event, Joe discussed the Supreme Court’s decisions in intellectual property cases involving patents, copyrights, and trademarks. He also discussed the implications of those decisions, not only in the IP world, but as they may affect other litigation and business decisions relating to intellectual property.
