Partners Jennifer Pedevillano and Joseph Fortner will present the “Nuts and Bolts of Remote Trials” session at the Connecticut Bar Association’s Connecticut Legal Conference on Wednesday, September 16th from 10 to 11 a.m. Topics to be covered include how to conduct remote trials and hearings, available features and use of exhibits, proposed witness protocols, strategies and pitfalls, and best practices.
As Litigators, Jen and Joe have conducted remote trials and hearings throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. They will present alongside attorney Jonathan Shapiro.
