Halloran & Sage is proud to announce that Joseph 'Jay' Arcata, III has recently been elected to serve on the Board of Directors at Hartford’s Camp Courant. A mainstay in the Hartford community for over one hundred years, Camp Courant is the largest free day camp in the nation, serving more than 1,100 Hartford children annually during the summer season. Children ages 5 through 12, who live in the city of Hartford, participate in a variety of recreational, educational and cultural programs at the campsite in Farmington, CT.
