Partner James Maher presented a webinar last week to the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) of Connecticut’s Fairfield/Westchester Chapter Young Professionals on the topic, “Anatomy of a Deal: 230 East Ave, Norwalk.” The program provided an overview of the vision for the Transit Oriented Development process, entitlement process, design for both the renovation of existing buildings and new construction, and financing considerations for the Brim & Crown East Norwalk apartments project.
Jim was on a virtual panel that included Matt Edvardsen of Spinnaker RE Partners, Seelan Pather of Beinfield Architecture, and James Lane of Webster Bank.
