On Friday, October 24, 2008 Henry Beck, Jr.of Halloran & Sage’s Business Law Department will be a featured presenter at the CBIA and UConn School of Business Family Business Program’s Conference on Advisory Boards and Governance Issues.  The Conference will take place at the Holiday Inn in Waterbury, CT.  From time to time Attorney Beck has been featured in similar presentations at the national level sponsored by the ABA’s Middle Market and Business Law Sections through his involvement with the Small Business Committee.

The program will address the basics of governance structures for mid-sized family businesses.  CBIA will present the program in conjunction with the University of Connecticut’s School of Business, Family Business Program.
