Halloran Sage is pleased to welcome attorney Michelle Carey to the firm.

Michelle joins the Corporate Business & Transactions and Real Estate practice groups at the firm’s Hartford office. She focuses her practice on commercial finance, corporate transactional, and commercial real estate matters, advising corporations in general corporate and governance matters and counseling owners and developers in commercial development and acquisitions. She earned her JD from Albany Law School of Union University and her BA from Boston College.
