Halloran Sage is pleased to announce that attorneys John Murphy and Kyle Pavlick, formerly of Cranmore, Fitzgerald & Meaney, LLC (“CFM”), have joined the firm. The new team members complement and bolster the firm’s corporate business and real estate practice groups, as well as the firm’s litigation practice.
“Our objective has always been to collaboratively achieve goals for our clients and joining with Halloran Sage only enhances this,” John Murphy noted. Murphy counsels a wide range of business clients through his corporate business and transactions, commercial finance, and real estate practices. He joins Halloran Sage along with Kyle Pavlick, who represents businesses in commercial and corporate disputes requiring litigation, negotiation, or alternative resolution.
The two attorneys join with the firm’s nearly eighty others to serve a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, closely held businesses, institutional and private investors, governmental units, public and private universities, and other non-profit organizations.
