Halloran Sage is pleased to welcome Michael Schneider to our law firm. Mike focuses on transactional matters and serves as outside General Counsel to family-owned and middle-market manufacturers and other businesses. His transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, representing both borrowers and lenders in secured financing transactions, as well as handling commercial and industrial real estate matters and land use permitting.

Mike joins us after nearly two decades at a well-established, full-service firm in Springfield. He will be primarily based in our Massachusetts office.

Mike earned his BA from Dickinson College, his MA from Arizona State University, and his JD magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.
