The Summit will take place on Wednesday, October 19th as a virtual conference, providing a professional development experience designed to empower leaders in the legal profession to act toward making Connecticut a more diverse and inclusive bench and bar.

The program will include a review of the CBA’s collaborative diversity pledge/plan and its goals, as well as strategies for increasing retention within law firms and approaches to redressing systemic racism.
