Casey O’Connell is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Business & Transactions and Real Estate Practice Groups, and handles such transactional matters as acquisitions, contracts, corporate governance and equity financing. He represents institutional lenders and corporate clients in connection with a variety of complex commercial lending transactions. He received his JD from Western New England University School of Law, magna cum laude, and his AB from Boston College.
