Halloran Sage is pleased to announce that Rachel Fain, Casey O’Connell and Oscar Suarez have been elected as Partners.

Rachel Fain is a member of the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Insurance Practice Groups. She handles coverage disputes and personal injury cases—including those involving auto, general and premises liability for both first and third parties. She also provides aggressive defense in general professional and product liability matters. She received her JD from Western New England University School of Law, cum laude, and her BA from the University of Connecticut.

Casey O’Connell is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Business & Transactions and Real Estate Practice Groups, and handles such transactional matters as acquisitions, contracts, corporate governance and equity financing. He represents institutional lenders and corporate clients in connection with a variety of complex commercial lending transactions. He received his JD from Western New England University School of Law, magna cum laude, and his AB from Boston College.

Oscar Suarez is a member of the Firm’s Insurance and Banking, Lender Liability & Foreclosure Practice Groups. He represents local and national banks and lenders in state and federal court, as well as in foreclosures and loan recovery, lender liability claims, landlord-tenant issues, and loan restructuring. He received his JD from the University of Minnesota and his BA from Union College.
