Halloran Sage is pleased to announce that Kenneth R. Slater, Jr. has been named the firm’s new Managing Partner. Ken is dedicated to Halloran Sage’s tradition of excellence. He is focused on providing outstanding service to all the firm’s clients, and to developing sound strategies and policies that support this goal.
After graduating from the University of Rochester with a BA, cum laude with highest distinction in economics, Ken returned to his home state of Connecticut to attend the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating cum laude. He joined Halloran Sage in 2002 and over his tenure, has established a prominent practice within the firm’s Land Use, Municipal, and Environmental groups.
Ken serves on charitable boards of directors, is a member of the Knights of Columbus, and is a former president of several boards and organizations, including the New Britain-Berlin Rotary Club. His achievements have been recognized by Super Lawyers® in Land Use/Zoning in each of the last thirteen years and in New England’s Top Attorneys in CT Magazine®. He is also recognized in the 2022 and 2023 publications of The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Land Use and Zoning Law, and Litigation – Land Use and Zoning.
